Safety operating procedures for fully automatic die cutting and hot stamping machines.

The safe operating procedures for automatic die cutting and hot  stamping machines are as follows:

The hot stamping machine team leader is responsible for supervising the safety of the hot stamping machine crew.

Before operating the hot stamping machine, workers must wear work clothes and work shoes neatly, fasten their clothes and cuffs, and do not put any debris in their pockets that may easily fall out. They must not wear watches and various accessories. It is strictly forbidden to put tools, coins, pens, etc. in pockets. Mobile phones, lighters and other items are not allowed to be hung around the waist to prevent them from falling into the machine.

Before starting the hot stamping machine, the required lubricating oil (grease) should be added to each oil injection point, lubrication point and oil tank of the hot stamping machine.

Without approval, non-hot stamping machine crew members are not allowed to start the hot stamping machine or operate the hot stamping machine. Assistants and apprentices should work under the guidance of the captain of the hot stamping machine.

Before operating the hot stamping machine, the operator needs to check the equipment: make sure the machine is running normally and there is no abnormal sound or smell; check whether the power cord, switch, fuse and other electrical facilities are intact; check whether the transmission parts are loose or damaged.

Operators must abide by operating procedures and illegal operations are strictly prohibited.

During actual operation, it is recommended to consult the hot stamping machine operating guide and experienced staff to pay attention to safety.
