Gripper bars with high intensity are applicable to all kinds of cardboard, paperboard and corrugated paper. Front and back positioning and side registration mechanism ensures great precision of die-cutting. Other parts are adopted such as intermittent mechanism with high precision, air clutch with the fast movement, pneumatic locking mechanism, programmable controller and human-machine interface. The interface can display various digital information of machine such as working speed, amount of paper processed, total running time etc. It is easy to eliminate troubles according to the display of trouble shooting. Transducer is adopted to control the main motor in achieving stepless speed variation. The machine has a lot of sensors and safe-ensuring devices to guarantee the normal operation and the safety to operator. Front and back pressure of the die-cutting can be adjusted separately. It is convenient to stop the machine by hand. It can also realize die-cutting without clipper margin.

What’s the notices for the flute laminator operation?
The gap between the upper/lower rolling roller of the machine is not suitable and the paper feeding error caused by poor paper feeding.
When the gap between the upper and lower rolling rolls is unsuitable, the corrugated cardboard after the the upper and lower rolling rolls laminating, on the one hand, it is easy to cause displacement between the face paper and the corrugated paper or to cause foaming of the face paper, on the other hand. It is easy to deform the corrugated paper. If the face paper is not properly transported, ideal running or crooked phenomenon, it may cause foaming or debonding (the length of the paperboard on the conveyor belt is different, the unevenness of the paper is uneven) and the laminating is Inaccurate.
In this regard, the gap of the upper/lower rolling rolls should be adjusted to match the thickness of the cardboard, so that the pressure of the paperboard is moderate, so as to prevent the problem of quality problems of foaming, degumming or corrugation.
