Description
Machine consists of feeder unit, conveying unit. Gluing unit, film patching unit, delivery and electrical unit.
Feeding unit
1. The paper patching after die-cutting &creasing stacked on the paper holder using paper rocket.
2. The paper pile make the intermittent movement in the process of the paper feeding, the paper at the bottom separated from the paper pile by the paper feeding belts, paper holder should be higher than the conveying belts 3mm,according to conveying belt.
3. Feeder belts adopted from Japan and make sure paper delivery stable and smooth.
4. Feeder unit controlled by servo-motor that can be run smoothly and reliably.
Conveying unit
Conveying unit adopted the special part ( pulled-guides) which is installed on the chain from Japan.
On the paper size changing, conveying part will be changed through handle-wheel.
Operator adjusted this parts so easy and saved the time.
