What’s the notices for the flute laminator operation?
The gap between the upper/lower rolling roller of the machine is not suitable and the paper feeding error caused by poor paper feeding.

It is easy to deform the corrugated paper. If the face paper is not properly transported, ideal running or crooked phenomenon, it may cause foaming or debonding (the length of the paperboard on the conveyor belt is different, the unevenness of the paper is uneven) and the laminating is Inaccurate.
In this regard, the gap of the upper/lower rolling rolls should be adjusted to match the thickness of the cardboard, so that the pressure of the paperboard is moderate, so as to prevent the problem of quality problems of foaming, degumming or corrugation.
