General Introduction
Automatic die-cutting and creasing machine is mainly used for die-cutting, creasing and cold embossing of the carton box or label in packaging industry. The die cutting way is platen. It is the most ideal post-printing machine for packaging and decoration industry. The machine realizes fully automatic feeding, die cutting and delivery and applies “man-machine interface” to show the machine’s working speed, processing number, total operation time and working state of the machine. It is easy to eliminate trouble according to the input point ,output point and various fault state monitoring of the PLC. The electric CAM of encoder and programmable controller is more reliable and easy to adjust. The main motor is controlled by frequency converter ,which can do stepless speed change, low noise, energy saving. High pressure, high precision, sensors and safety devices are provided to guarantee the normal operation and the safety to operator.
