The semi-automatic die cutting machine is a special equipment applying to die-cutting of advanced colored boxes made of paper. The machine combines several advantages over many other die-cutters both in China and abroad. Gripper bars with high intensity are applicable to all kinds of cardboard, paperboard and corrugated paper. Front and back positioning and side registration mechanism ensures great precision of die-cutting. Other parts are adopted such as intermittent mechanism with high precision, air clutch with the fast movement, pneumatic locking mechanism, programmable controller and human-machine interface. The interface can display various digital information of machine such as working speed, amount of paper processed, total running time etc. It is easy to eliminate troubles according to the display of trouble shooting. Transducer is adopted to control the main motor in achieving stepless speed variation. The machine has a lot of sensors and safe-ensuring devices to guarantee the normal operation and the safety to operator. Front and back pressure of the die-cutting can be adjusted separately. It is convenient to stop the machine by hand. It can also realize die-cutting without clipper margin.

2. Main worm gear uses alloy copper material, after the experienced operator’s manual scraping treatment and strict standard testing, it can ensures the driving parts 10 years life.
3. The main chains adopt imported England Renold brand, the differences of 10 chains are less than 0.2mm. 
4. The connect between gear box and driving shaft adopts sleeve and pin structure ensuring a strong connection.

2. What is the terms of payment you accept?
We usually accept the T/T payment, we need 30% of total amount as deposit, pay the 70% balance before delivery, but we can also accept the L/C.

3. Where is your factory located ? How can I visit there?
Our factory located in Yutian County, Hebei Province, China, near to the capital city Beijing and port Tianjin. You can fly to Beijing airport directly and we will pick you up there.

4. How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Quality is priority. We always regard great importance to quality controlling from the very small thing(even a small screw we will choose the best quality) from the beginning.
